At PicNic, we’re all about combining great food and warm hospitality with new and exciting experiences that fill our plates and bring us together. We like to think of it with a “shop local, cook global” mindset, and we try to express that in the way we take care of our guests.
That means utilizing the wide array of goods from Oregon’s coasts and farmlands while paying homage to the techniques and traditions of the people and places that most inspire us.

Gabe has spent over a decade building up a culinary repotoire. From working in kitchens, vineyards, food markets, and farms he’s seen all sides of the food service industry and has a passion for sharing what he’s learned with others through shared meals and experiences.
